Position Overview The Enterprise Sales Development Representative position is the first interactionprospective Enterprise customers have with Arctic Wolf.The team is comprised of tenacious, positive, and hard-working individuals dedicated tooutstanding achievement and success of themselves, the sales team, and the company.Arctic Wolf Networks is looking for self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, and creativesales team members looking to further build their career in sales. With the role being based in full-time in our Newcastle office, supporting our Dutch region Primary Responsibilities and Duties Qualifying, capturing a high volume of leads and opportunities generated primarilythrough marketing and outbound activities through phone, Internet, social mediainteraction using a loosely defined script. Builds an introduction based on the industry,using some discretion on how to open, handle common objections and close themeetings.Relay prospective lead information to sales team members to further validateopportunity alignment.Research accounts to prospect using buying intent technology such as TechTarget,Zoom Info and 6Sense.Outbound calling and emailing expectation of 100 dials per day and 200 emails per day.Identify and execute monthly outbound prospecting programs in alignment with salesand marketing.Work hand in hand with account executives, demand generation teams and FieldMarketing teams to build qualified pipeline.Creatively follow up on inbound leads to further pique prospect interest.Uses Outreach tool for prospecting, leveraging email templates and call scripts, and willrecommend events as a way to create engagement on a cold call. Occasionally attendevents and tradeshows in collaboration with account executives and field marketing;meeting with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and connecting them with salesteam members.Consistently achieve quota. Key Skills Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customerDevotion to sales development, achievement and driving career forward rapidlyAbility to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-pacedenvironmentKnowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking systemExcellent oral, written, and social media communication skillsExcellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organisational skillsThe ability to work with a variety of internal groupsCurious, positive, and aggressive attitudeAbility to provide status updates to sales team members in a clear and concise fashionAbility to research, utilise and leverage social media and internet to qualify leads, driveopportunity and revenue Key Competencies Fluent in Dutch and English0 – 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, lead generation,outbound calling or equivalentExamples of excellence in your past in terms of personal achievementAbility to work 100% in the officeAn eagerness to be coached and learn how to be a great salesperson Preferred Qualifications Experience working on demand generation activities and pipeline generationPrior experience with business development tools for building prospecting contact lists,researching targeted accounts, and social selling
