Neighbourhood Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer. This exciting opportunity exists for someone with a passion for housing management services and a flair for innovation.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly, values-driven, and knowledgeable person who can work proactively with tenants, customers, and partners to find creative solutions. A self-motivated and innovative person with good attention to detail is required to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues in delivering outstanding housing management services to tenants.
  • Work with tenants, customers, and partners to find creative solutions to housing management challenges.
  • Manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A relevant CIH Level 3 in Housing or demonstration that you are willing to work towards this is required.
  • A full driving licence and access to a car is essential for this post.
