Neighbourhood Manager

Grampian Housing Association Ltd is seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join their team. As a key member of the housing management services team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding service to the Association's tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for housing management and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be knowledgeable about the welfare state benefit system and have good IT skills.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide accurate and concise information. We are looking for someone who is flexible, resilient, and a supportive team player who can work effectively under pressure.

The successful candidate will possess a relevant qualification in housing or a related field and have experience of working within a housing organisation or in a customer service environment.
