Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn in Elgin as a Front of House Team Member. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
