About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Member to join our fast-paced store team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently processing stock to ensure it is available to customers quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on sales floors or in stockrooms correctly.
  • Maintain operational areas of the store in a clean, tidy, and organized state.
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on busy days. You should be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm. You are happy to work independently and keep yourself busy, and you are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
