Overview

Pay - £6.72 - £11.44 per hour.

We are seeking a skilled Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Dunelm's coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our coffee shops by providing excellent customer service, preparing our delicious range of food and beverages, and developing and upholding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
