About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front of House Assistant to join our team at GSK Barnard Castle. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming image with our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend to customer needs in a polite and helpful manner, providing assistance where necessary in line with our company standards.
  • Assist with the service of food and accurately handle sales.
  • Prepare and serve food to the highest standard, in line with our company style and in a timely fashion.
