Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn in Darlington Town Centre.

About the Role:

  • As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable.
  • You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard, and assist with food and beverage service as needed.
