We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, from concept to completion.
The Role
- Work closely with the Projects Director to establish project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with the Property Team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination.
- Budgeting and cost control.
- Resource allocation and management.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Health and safety management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Prince2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when required.
