Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
  • Clinical Governance: Support the delivery of quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services, to drive improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Care Planning and Risk Assessment: Develop and implement well-structured care plans and detailed risk assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and resident records.
  • Medicine Management: Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation.
  • Talent Development: Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: A registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the home.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Experienced in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Personal Qualities: A passionate and dedicated individual with a sense of humor and a positive outlook, able to maintain a welcoming and safe environment for residents, employees, and visitors.
