Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Clinical Governance: Promote independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care, and support the delivery of improvements to quality standards.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment is provided for all residents, employees, and visitors, and support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home.
  • Staff Development: Support the development of nursing staff, including supervision, mentoring, and teaching, in line with the NMC Code.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: A registered nurse with experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately, and rotas are in place to enable the smooth operation of the home.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Experienced in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services, and able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
  • Personal Qualities: A passionate and dedicated individual with a sense of humor and a positive outlook, able to support and guide others in line with the NMC Code.
