We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running of the home.
  • Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Experienced in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
