Clinical Lead (Nurse) Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services
  • Promote independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of our residents
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to enhance efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all residents, employees, and visitors
  • Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Home
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse with experience in managing a team and ensuring staff supervision and rotas are in place
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating modern technology
  • Confident in overseeing medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and legislation
  • Able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
  • Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
