Essential Qualifications:

  • Active NMC Pin and Registered Nurse certification

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team to ensure outstanding patient care
  • Develop thorough care plans and conduct risk assessments
  • Maintain precise documentation and records utilizing advanced technology
  • Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies
  • Provide clinical mentorship and support to team members
  • Make prompt decisions as required
