Essential Qualifications:
- Active NMC Pin and Registered Nurse certification
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team to ensure outstanding patient care
- Develop thorough care plans and conduct risk assessments
- Maintain precise documentation and records utilizing advanced technology
- Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies
- Provide clinical mentorship and support to team members
- Make prompt decisions as required
