Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Direct Staffing Inc. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy programs, and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation and improve patient outcomes.
- Implement therapy programs using a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy.
- Collaborate with patients and caregivers to set treatment goals and develop effective treatment plans.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and temporary licensees to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Put patient service first by providing a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes individual needs and rights.
- Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is preferred, but a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master's degree.
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association.
- Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to the state the employee is assigned to work by the Company.
- One year of physical therapy experience is preferred, but approval from the Managing Director of Rehab may be required for less experienced candidates.
- Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, including user names and password concepts, internet, email, navigation of computer desktop, and ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
