Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will assess the need for and develop individualized therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. S/he will implement physical therapy treatment plans, complete related documentation, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess patient needs and develop therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
  2. Implement physical therapy treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy.
  3. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel.
  4. Put patient service first, ensuring patients and families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  1. Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
  2. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  3. One year of physical therapy experience preferred.
  4. Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, including user names and password concepts, internet, email, navigation of computer desktop, and ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
