Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Direct Staffing Inc. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy programs, and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation and improve patient outcomes.
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans, including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Put patient service first by ensuring that patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
- Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (or related field) with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Physical Therapy.
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association.
- Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the Company.
- One year (1) of physical therapy experience preferred, but approval from Managing Director of Rehab is required for less than 1 year of experience.
- Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer, including user names and password concepts, internet, email, navigation of computer desktop, and ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
