Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead our clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are consistently met. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe, effective, and person-centred care environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support the nursing team to deliver excellent care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate clinical practices, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for residents.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR. 
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
Proven experience in a clinical lead or senior nursing role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound clinical decisions.
Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations.
