Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Oversee the management of medicines and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
• Experience of leading a team and managing care staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
• Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly healthcare sector
