We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a leading provider of healthcare services, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents. You will be expected to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, while maintaining accurate documentation and resident records.
You will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation. Additionally, you will be required to make decisions in a timely manner and utilize your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members.
