Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to manage our company's sales and purchase ledger on Xero accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be conversant in all aspects of sales and purchase ledger.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase transactions
  2. Reconcile bank statements on a daily basis
  3. Allocate cash received to customer accounts promptly
  4. Prepare detailed financial reports for management
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently

The successful candidate will have previous experience with Xero and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a part-time role based in Leigh, with a salary of £13 per hour and benefits including free parking and a pension scheme.
