Labour Hire is looking for an experienced ADMIN ASSISTANT for a well-established company in LEIGH.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Auto Cad/Wincan/HADDMS/OX19x is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
**About the role**:
- Office hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, however, we would look for a flexible approach.
- Rate: £11.00 per hour.
- Collating / analysing technical information and reporting to the Management Team.
- Liaising with suppliers, assisting in resolving queries, and ordering stock.
- Maintaining quality systems and processes.
- Filing and general ad-hoc administration duties.
- Answering the telephone and liaising with other departments within the business.
- Planning and delegating jobs to operatives, prioritising emergencies, and chasing paperwork.
- Creating reports with updates on jobs to send to our clients.
- Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork and reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Reviewing live CCTV footage and processing footage via different client portals.
- Uploading/downloading CCTV footage from camera units and various web portals.
- Using bespoke software in order to produce Survey Reports.
- Logging camera issues with the Operations Manager and keeping track of maintenance repair/costs.
- Parking available.
