We’re on the hunt for a talented Part Time Administration Assistant to come and join Thames Underwriting.
As an Administration Assistant you will provide support and assistance to Underwriters carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
This part time role is for 27 hours per week in our Leigh-on-sea office.
**What you will do**
- Arrange and produce “45-day” communications to our brokers requesting renewal information
- Undertake financial/credit checks and claim record checks
- Producing front sheets for Underwriters to review prior to “45-day” requests
- Data entry and production of reports and spreadsheets.
- Organising and maintaining diary system.
- Carrying out operational duties as required
- Handle general enquiries in a professional and timely manner
**Who we are looking for**
This is an opportunity for an organised individual with previous administration experience with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. You will be computer literate and have experience of using both Microsoft Word and Excel.
