Set inland from the coast, this beautiful park and heathland course has been testing golfers of all levels for well over 100 years. The course is always in superb condition with small greens and oak and pine lined fairways. It has 5 excellent par 3’s including our signature 13th hole across a river to a sloping green.
Our Clubhouse is modern with excellent bar, dining and meeting room facilities designed to cater for all your requirements from golf society and corporate golf days to weddings and christenings. We also have a team of experienced Golf Professionals who can provide teaching for all levels, from beginners to elite level golfers, a well-stocked shop and practice facilities that are the envy of many clubs.
**Job Summary**:
Key accountabilities:
- Reconcile daily food and beverage sales, including input into accounting system
- Reconcile and post green fee sales into accounting system
- General office administration including but not limited to:
Answering the telephone
Making up welcome packs
Ordering stationery
Mailings
Filing
Photocopying/scanning
Action & distribute post
Assisting with diary management within the Club IT systems
- Purchase Ledger including:
Post supplier invoices
Reconcile supplier statements
Compile and process supplier payments
- Run daily sales reports
- Locker/buggy shed administration
- Record keeping for events/functions
- Produce posters/table plans/welcome notices, where required for functions
- Membership Administration including:
Monitor and process flexi point adjustments
Raise subscription invoices
Processing membership payments
Maintain the membership system to ensure accurate information is held
Book reciprocal arrangements requested by members
Maintain waiting lists accurately
- Liaise with all departments within the business building intercompany relationships
- Update social media with relevant information
- Monitor the online bank accounts & maintain the beneficiaries
- Process time sheets
- Update the online diary to ensure information held on events is always current
Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous, along with excellent Microsoft Office skills
