.We are looking for Finance Assistance to work alongside & support our finance and administration team and will have the opportunity in progressing within our team.

Qualifications & Experience Required.

Minimum of 3 GCSEs grade A - C, including Math's and English, Computer literate, Good IT skills, Intermediate and above level in excel and Microsoft office 365, Xero Accounting.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Use of Xero accounting software
- Purchase Ledger
- Bill and expense posting.
- Reconciling to suppliers’ statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Reports
- Use Concept Management system - (raining provided)
- Manage and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Maintain financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Provide support to the finance & administration team.
- Assist with the preparation of financial analysis and forecasting.

The position is a part-time permanent position 25 hours per week 9.30am -2.30pm

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
