About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administration Assistant.
As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the marketing team.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive in a dynamic setting, and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries with a positive tone
- Liaising with customers to resolve issues and provide support via multiple communication channels
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring seamless data management
- Managing filing systems, ensuring organisation and easy access to critical documents
- Providing cover for the Office Manager during their absence, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption
- Coordinating artwork and job materials, contributing to the overall visual appeal and presentation
- Assisting with regulatory and quality control tasks, guaranteeing compliance and excellence
- Supporting the marketing team and contributing to business growth through effective collaboration and coordination
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly
- Excellent maths and English skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in quality control processes, ensuring consistent high standards and delivery
This part-time role (26 hours per week) is based in our Chelmsford office, with set working hours from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive estimated salary of £20,800 - £21,760 per year (£8-10 per hour).
