We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Hire Ground. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our officers and members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to multiple officers, including diary management, email responses, and liaison with members.
- Undertake general office administration, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Answer the telephone, take accurate messages, and deal effectively with routine telephone queries from members and representatives.
- Support Union campaign work and provide administrative support to committees.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, officers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative skills, including typing, note-taking, and diary management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a trade union or similar organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good understanding of legal work and minute-taking skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £37,400 and a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. If you are a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
