**Job description**
An innovative, exciting new company are looking for an administrator to join the Gittgo Team. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. There is lots of opportunity for growth and progression within the company.
**Tasks**:
- Creating and updating Registers
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Required:
- Strong customer service ethos
- Effective communicator across all business levels both for external and internal customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work using their own initiative or as part of a team
- Proven administration experience
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly Organised
- Ability to prioritise
- Customer focused approach to working
- Administration experience preferred.
To start as soon as possible.
**Salary**: £20,520.00-£21,116.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
