Sales Performance Lead

This Senior Sales Consultant position plays a critical role in driving sales performance and supporting a growing team in our Shared Ownership department. As a leader in this field, you will guide clients through the home ownership process, ensuring seamless and supportive experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts and drive performance in our Shared Ownership team.
- Provide expert advice to prospective buyers, guiding them through eligibility checks, viewings, and the purchase process.
- Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Stay informed about housing market trends and Shared Ownership regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice for customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, housing associations, and external partners.
- Drive personal and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.

- You have significant experience in property sales, Shared Ownership, or affordable housing schemes.
- You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- You have an in-depth understanding of Shared Ownership schemes, affordability assessments, and housing market dynamics.

- You are proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and property sales platforms.

- A competitive salary of £56k OTE (up to £44k basic + £12k on top commission).
