A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our financial operations on a temporary basis.

About the Job

This temporary contract is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in purchase ledger processing and related administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will work full-time in an office environment with regular working hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and processing of invoices, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in resolving supplier statement discrepancies and respond to related queries.
  • Verify bank details and ensure accurate management of incoming mail.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in purchase ledger or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Package Details:
  • Full-time, office-based position.
  • Regular working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch).
  • Temporary contract duration until May 2025.
