We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team on a temporary basis as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

About the Role

This is an office-based, full-time position with regular working hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch) and a temporary contract until May 2025.

The salary for this role is £12 - £14 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and log invoices received by post and email.
  • Review supplier statements and resolve queries via phone and email.
  • Verify bank details and manage incoming post.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in purchase ledger or similar role.
  • Good IT skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Office-Based, Full Time
