Purchasing Ledger Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Ledger Administrator to join our global finance team in Leicestershire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing purchasing ledger processes and ensuring accurate financial records.

About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Ledger Management: Accurately review and process purchase ledger entries in accordance with company policies.
  • Supplier Payments: Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, ensuring compliance with deadlines and approval processes.
  • Statement Analysis: Perform regular analysis of supplier statements and resolve outstanding items.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly reports related to purchasing ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement enhancements to purchasing ledger processes for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in a purchasing ledger or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using financial systems and accounting software.
