Job Summary:

NSS, a leading provider of cleaning services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service department as a Contract Management Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accurate customer information, and communicating with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase order lifecycle, including ensuring all cleaning customers have a valid purchase order in place.
  • Ensure the operational system holds accurate customer information.
  • Enforce the PO process and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Take responsibility for managing additions and reductions, chasing expiring purchase orders, and escalating issues to senior management.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on purchase order status.
