About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Customer Service department within the cleaning division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accurate customer information, and enforcing our PO process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchase order lifecycle, including ensuring all cleaning customers/contracts have a valid purchase order in place
  • Ensure the operational system is holding accurate customer information
  • Enforce the PO process and communicate with relevant departments
  • Take responsibility for managing the whole purchase order lifecycle
  • Manage the additions and reductions mailbox
  • Chase expiring purchase orders directly with customers
  • Escalate purchase order issues to senior management
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on the purchase order status

  • A proven track record working in a similar role
  • Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and workload
