Human Resources Generalist

Bloomberg L.P. is a fast-paced and dynamic organization that requires a skilled Human Resources Generalist to support our Global People Services team in EMEA. As a trusted partner, you will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality employee experience, ensuring the success of our employees, and upholding the company's goals and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to employees, directing them to resources as needed, and offering policy interpretation and navigation support.
- Act as a liaison between employees and the HR enterprise, actively managing needs and expectations.
- Support company-wide programs and initiatives, collaborating with functional areas to address employee inquiries related to HR programs.
- Process transactions in the HRIS system, Workday.
- Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones with stakeholders within HR and from other departments.
- Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues to resolve employee issues arising from policy interpretations or procedural issues.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience within an HR client-facing environment or similar experience.
