About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at adMarketplace, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and contribute to the development of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Life Cycle Support: Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their entire life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  2. HR Queries and Advice: Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  3. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Deliver a high-quality recruitment service to the wider business, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and feedback provision.
  4. Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  5. HR Support and Guidance: Provide support, thought partnership, and coaching to management and employees on HR-related matters, policies, and employment law.
  6. Employee Engagement and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, professional development initiatives, and performance reviews.
  7. Global Mobility and Compliance: Provide guidance and support on global mobility, including employment statuses, visas, and employees in various countries.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a fast-growing, digital/technology, AdTech, FinTech, or Start-Up environment.
  3. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a People Operations/HR role, managing the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, performance, professional development, and reward. Experience with global mobility, including handling different employment statuses, visas, and employees in various countries. CIPD-level HR qualification is a plus.
