Director of Business Development and Partnerships Job Description:
Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development and Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our civil engineering sector team, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding experience for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in business development and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing high-value client accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government agencies
- Manage client engagement, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities
- Lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals and bids for large infrastructure projects
- Leverage existing networks and establish new relationships with industry leaders and consultants
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, a Master's degree (MBA) is a plus. You should have 8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the infrastructure or civil engineering sectors.
