Labor Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Labour Manager to join our team at Riverside Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the contract workforce at our busy manufacturing site.
Responsibilities:- Workforce Oversight: Ensure that temporary workers work effectively, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and stay motivated.
- Factory Coordination: Work closely with factory management to determine staffing needs and ensure the recruitment campaign is delivered on time and to contract requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management: Ultimate responsibility for the recruitment plan and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Employee Performance Tracking: Monitor attendance, work quality, and productivity, addressing issues and helping workers succeed.
- Safety Protocol Enforcement: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures to safeguard the work environment.
- Experience managing temporary or contract workers in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective Communication: Build good working relationships with various stakeholders through clear communication.
- Issue Resolution: Address unexpected issues quickly to maintain smooth operations.
- Administrative Skills: Stay on top of scheduling, attendance, and paperwork, ensuring detail-oriented and organised.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Familiarise yourself with relevant regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
£33,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus
