Service Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented Service Support Specialist to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
About the Role:
- To deliver high-quality service and support to our clients across Scotland.
- Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Providing prompt and effective solutions to resolve any issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide aftersales product support to the range of vehicles at various locations & customer depots.
- Supporting the full fleet of electric vehicles including service, repairs, diagnostics, and timely resolutions.
- Liaise with customers, call centre and parts staff.
