Education Support Specialist

**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. In this full-time position, you will work closely with children in Key Stage 1, providing classroom support and targeted interventions for those with additional learning needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the class teacher with daily activities and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
- Work outside of the classroom, providing additional support to children who require more focused attention, including one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Foster a nurturing environment, ensuring the emotional and social needs of the children are met, particularly those who find the school setting more challenging.
**Requirements**
- Prior experience working with young children, ideally in Key Stage 1, and supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Kind, caring, and adaptable nature, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and other staff.
