About Us

Your New Role

As a Cover Supervisor with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work with various schools across Lancashire, supporting teachers and students in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining order and discipline in classrooms, as well as supporting pupils with their learning and behaviour.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive rate of pay (£80-100 per day, depending on experience) and a flexible working arrangement that allows you to choose your own assignments and decline roles that don't suit you. You'll also have access to free child protection and prevent duty training, as well as assistance with obtaining a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To register with us, you must have at least 2 months' experience in education within the past 4 years and meet the necessary core criteria, which includes having the right to work in the UK. We welcome applicants who are currently working for other agencies.
