Regional Sales Director Francophone Africa

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director Francophone Africa to lead our sales efforts in the region.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical services, and supply chain, to identify new business opportunities and develop account plans.
- Negotiate and close deals with key customers, leveraging strong relationships and commercial acumen to secure contracts and agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service, product knowledge, and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or international trade.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food ingredients industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent French language skills, with a working knowledge of English.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
