Strategic Vice President of Sales for Middle East

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales to drive sales growth across the Middle East & Africa region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales and revenue targets for the defined territory.
- Proactively identify new pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and C-level executives to acquire knowledge and understanding of their quantitative processes and data & technology stacks.
- Leverage your expertise to build credibility with clients, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to deliver revenue-generating and adoption/usage goals.
- 7+ years' experience in a sales role within a software/data/services organization with a successful record of accomplishment in sales.
- 5+ years selling into the Middle East and Africa.
- Experience selling Trading and Risk Management software to firms who trade Derivatives, Fixed Income and / or Structured Credit.
- Proven ability in accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close.
- Strong record of accomplishment in consultative selling.
- Ability to establish key relationships within strategic accounts, including senior client relationships at C-levels.
- Desire to continually learn and add new technical and selling skills.
- Highly motivated and target/quota driven.
- Demonstrated ability to use and update Salesforce.
- Ability to travel across the Middle East and Africa up to 30% of your time.
