Strategic Vice President of Sales for Middle East

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Sales to drive sales growth across the Middle East & Africa region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual sales and revenue targets for the defined territory.
  • Proactively identify new pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and C-level executives to acquire knowledge and understanding of their quantitative processes and data & technology stacks.
  • Leverage your expertise to build credibility with clients, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to deliver revenue-generating and adoption/usage goals.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in a sales role within a software/data/services organization with a successful record of accomplishment in sales.
  • 5+ years selling into the Middle East and Africa.
  • Experience selling Trading and Risk Management software to firms who trade Derivatives, Fixed Income and / or Structured Credit.
  • Proven ability in accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close.
  • Strong record of accomplishment in consultative selling.
  • Ability to establish key relationships within strategic accounts, including senior client relationships at C-levels.
  • Desire to continually learn and add new technical and selling skills.
  • Highly motivated and target/quota driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to use and update Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel across the Middle East and Africa up to 30% of your time.
