Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Ivolve Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in leading the month-end process and providing timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a numerate and detail-focused individual who is able to work as part of a team, providing leadership and direction to the team.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a management accounts-based role, with prior experience of coaching and managing a small team being desirable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Month-End Process: Ensure all P&Ls, the balance sheet, and all supporting management information are completed on a timely, accurate, and high-quality basis.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting, including weekly reporting and analysis to the organisation on key financial performance indicators.
  • Team Management: Coach, develop, support, and manage the management accounting team as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Numerate and detail-focused.
  • Organised and thorough.
  • Able to work as part of a team, providing leadership and direction to the team.
  • Prior experience of working in a multi-site organisation.
  • Substantial experience of working in a management accounts-based role.
  • Part/Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays, and pension. You will also receive a £300 refer a friend scheme and a birthday off with pay after a year of service.
