About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Cancer Services senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Cancer Services management team, including clerical and information technology tasks.
  • Administer electronic diaries, making appointments and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to handle confidential and sensitive information, and redirect to the appropriate deputising manager.
  • Plan and manage own time effectively, working unsupervised on a daily basis.
  • Process orders and invoices as required.
  • Attend senior meetings, taking and distributing minutes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective communications at all levels within the service, Trust, and external trusts/agencies.
  • Deal with general enquiries from staff, external bodies, and the public in a polite and professional manner.
  • Act as a host to visitors in the collaborative when required.
