We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Cancer Services senior management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support to the Cancer Services management team, including clerical and information technology tasks.
- Administer electronic diaries, making appointments and preparing documents for meetings.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to handle confidential and sensitive information, and redirect to the appropriate deputising manager.
- Plan and manage your own time effectively, working unsupervised on a daily basis.
- Process orders and invoices as required.
- Attend senior meetings, taking and distributing minutes as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective communications at all levels within the service, Trust, and external trusts/agencies.
- Deal with general enquiries from staff, external bodies, and the public in a polite and professional manner.
- Act as a host to visitors in the collaborative when required.
