About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at Tetra Tech. As a Senior Ecologist, you will play a key role in providing expert ecological advice and guidance to clients across a range of sectors, including residential, defence, energy, government services, and transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ecological advice and guidance to clients, including project development, site assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead on projects, working closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and proposals, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Ecologist, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality ecological advice and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing project requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of ecological principles, theories, and practices, with a focus on environmental sustainability and conservation.
