About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecological Consultant/Marine Biologist to join our Ecosystem Solutions team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ecological assessments and providing technical advice on marine biology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct marine biology assessments and produce detailed reports
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including impact assessment and marine engineers
- Deliver technical work on complex projects
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for sustainable development
Requirements
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management
- Appropriate BSc or equivalent qualification (MSc in a relevant environmental discipline is highly desirable)
- Proven track record of producing high-quality deliverables
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of relevant environmental legislation
- Understanding of the UK planning system and its application to development
- Proficient user of MS Office software and ArcGIS
- Full clean UK driving licence
