About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth across our product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Analyse competitor strategies, market share, and performance to inform business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies and help to build a robust sales pipeline and outgoing sales team.
  • Engage in cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business leads.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
