About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the food wholesale industry.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
